What is Jump N Joy?
Jump N Joy is an indoor inflatable family entertainment center. It has five bounce houses with one dedicated area for toddlers four and under. Jump N Joy specializes in all types of events from parties, fundraisers, camp, preschool time, or just because!
How long do parties last?
Parties will last 2 hours which includes 1 hour and 15 minutes of bounce time and 45 minutes in the party room.
How can I book my parties?
You may book your party by calling Jump N Joy at 603-527-8020.
Can I decorate the party room?
Yes, Rooms can be decorated!
Will there be a party host for our party?
Yes, there will be a party host with your party at all times. They will do everything from set up and clean up to serving the cake, helping with gifts and gift recording.
Can I bring my own food?
Yes. with the exception of Pizza because we offer them as part of our packages.
*We do offer cakes that are Very Delicious and can provide pizza or party platters at an additional charge (see party extras).
What if I have more than 15 children attending a party?
Refer to the party package additional price. Limit to 45 people including both children and adults.
Can I just rent the facility without having a party?
Yes you may just rent the facility for 1 hour, 1.5 hours and 2 hours. Please refer to the hours/open bounce tab for pricing.
What if I forget my socks?
No worries!! We have socks for $3.00 a pair for your convenience. No one will be allowed in the bounce area without them.
When should we arrive at Jump N Joy?
We ask that you and your party guests arrive around 10 minutes prior to your party time so you have time to check-in, to meet your party host, and to review the rules and regulations along with signing the waiver(attached below).
What is the cancellation policy?
We require a $75.00 non-refundable deposit to reserve your party date. The deposit will be deducted from your party balance the day of the party. If you cancel your party within 14 days of party date, you may reschedule within 3 months and apply your deposit to your party otherwise you lose your deposit. If you do not want to reschedule and I can book your timeslot, your deposit can be refunded in a form of a gift card. If I can not book your timeslot then it still stands as non-refundable.
As the adult do I have to pay as well?
The Parents/Guardians/Caretakers may bounce with the child for free. Anyone else in the party that would like to bounce must pay the normal charge no matter their age.
Do I need socks even if I am not bouncing?
Yes, please remember to bring socks – shoes, sandals and bare feet are not allowed in the playrooms. During the winter months please feel free to bring slippers and dress a little warmer as the temp stays lower for the kids so they do not overheat.
Do we have free Wifi?
Yes, we offer free Wi-Fi for parents just ask us for the password.
Who is required to sign the safety waiver?
Every person who will be jumping on the inflatables is required to have a signed waiver. A parent or guardian must sign all waivers for children under 18 years of age.
